In the meeting industry, we're accustomed to preparation, to having plans A, B, C (and more!) in place for all inevitable 'what ifs'. But what happens when those already hefty bags become filled with extras like fear of never-ending uncertainty, concerns about the industry we love, and doubt of our own sanity?? We get so caught up in the logistics of what type of meeting or even IF we'll have a meeting that we can't focus on contest or engagement. Our baggage become so heavy, we get stuck and can't even move toward real opportunities, let along travel for business.
