Topic:  20/20 - How Planners and Suppliers Can Work Together to Create the Perfect Vision

Planners and suppliers need to be on the same page in order to create successful events, but unspoken needs, miscommunication, or lack of understanding of what the other is really looking for can hinder achieving that perfect vision. Join us for an interactive round-robin style session led by Facilitator Jan Spence, International Speaker and Author, where you’ll have the opportunity to learn what the other party is thinking and how you can use this foresight to create truly exceptional events. If you’re a planner, you’ll have the opportunity to get inside the heads of suppliers to understand what goes on behind the scenes when responding to RFP’s, developing costs for events, and how you can get the most out of their services. If you’re a supplier, you’ll have the opportunity to have those unasked questions answered so that you’re better able to serve those partners. In this popular, highly-requested changing table topic format, you’ll be meeting and networking with new people to build new connections.

After this session, attendees will:

1.     Gain an increased understanding of the behind the scene processes of their supplier or planner counterpart.

2.     Create and implement an integrated communications plan to manage and exceed stakeholder expectations.

3.     Analyze results post-event to measure achievement of goals and objectives.
