Despite the requirements for social distancing over the last several months, the cancellations of countless conferences and events, and job losses into the millions, one thing has remained clear, the hospitality industry is more connected than ever. Our need for community has never been more evident than during the Covid-19 pandemic. As planners navigate new waters of virtual events, it is all hands on deck to support and share information as we learn together. Suppliers are being relied upon as true partners to provide resources and assistance so we can all come out on the other side of this ready to tackle the “next normal.” Join our panel of industry experts and hear insights on how they’ve tackled opening in-person events and how venues and partners are working together to ensure the safety of attendees. You’ll also get a pulse on where the industry currently stands, specifically in North Florida. The overused saying, “we are stronger together” certainly applies for meetings and events. Grab your lunch and bring your questions to your community in this virtual session to learn from colleagues about how they are handling the next steps in our industry crisis.
