Topic: Cultivating Self-Love to Eliminate Burnout: A Symphony for Success

“Self-Compassion is a game-changer. It empowers us to achieve success in healthier ways, with no compromise to the standards we hold.”

Julian Reeve, Music Director of the Broadway musical Hamilton, has spent a lifetime chasing results. On and off Broadway, his achievements have been applauded, conducted by ambition, and underscored by self-criticism.

A heart attack, at age 43, demanded a change of tune.

But with a melody so established and familiar, how do we vary the theme? When we need to hear more harmony, how do we re-orchestrate?

At a time when results are overemphasized and the value of self-health rests in the wings, Julian Reeve shares a new symphony for success. Through the four movements: self-efficacy, self-care,self-compassion, and self-awareness, Julian, once again conducts the stage to perfection with his keynote, Eliminating Stress and Burnout: A Symphony for Success.

Caution attendees: this talk might exhibit extreme empathy, awareness, and a thrive-on spirit resulting in hugs, positivity, and ultimately, self-care.
