Sharon DeFelices, CMP, is the owner of Mosaic Meetings and Events and the founder of The Blueprint for a Healthy Meeting. She has built her career on a foundation of nutrition and culinary arts. Her company specializes in healthy meetings and attendee wellness. Sharon is an active member of MPI both locally and globally and is a frequent presenter on the topic of safe and inclusive food and beverage at events.

Nick Reid, Chief Puzzle Solver & Co-Founder is a multi-faceted Travel Industry Executive and has first-hand experience working in Leisure, Corporate, Entertainment, Incentives, Meetings, Hotels, and Airlines. He pioneered celebrity/entertainment travel in Australia with his company, Trips and launched the largest growing Travel Recruitment company in America – Travel Staff. Serving as President and Vice President of prominent Australian Incentive and Meetings Associations, Nick built and still maintains a global network of travel company owners and managers worldwide, giving him an immeasurable network.
