About the Speakers


Angela LeBlanc
Director of HR Shared Services and Risk Management

Angela began her Love’s career in 2005 as a risk management coordinator before becoming customer claims supervisor, claims manager and senior manager of risk. In her current role, Angela leads the HR Shared Services, Risk Management, Safety, and Corporate Services teams. Prior to Love’s, Angela served in the Marine Corps and worked for Ohio Casualty and GEICO in claims roles.

Angela and her husband have four children and one granddaughter. She is an active member of Village Baptist Church, serves on the boards of Leadership Oklahoma City and the Boys & Girls Clubs of Oklahoma County chairing the safety committee, and is the Vice-Chair of the Oklahoma Work Comp advisory council.

Joe Stallings
Sr. Manager of Corporate Services

Joe began his Love’s career in 2006 as Fuel Inventory Manager where he was responsible for investigating fuel inventory loss prevention, recovery and special projects.  In 2009 he transitioned into his current role where he oversees the facilities, landscaping, distribution teams along with coordinating security and the emergency response team.

In his spare time, Joe enjoys being outdoors and is an avid hunter. Joe and his wife Tonya reside in Piedmont with their children Aspyn and Talon.
