About the Speaker:

Staceyann M. Doria, CMP, CSEP

Staceyann Van Horne has been part of the events industry for over 14 years. Currently she is the Sr. Tradeshow and Events Manager with Sivantos- one of the world’s top manufacturers of hearing aids. Prior to entering the medical industry, Staceyann was the Events Manager with Laerdal Intrepid Museum working with notable names such as Stephen Colbert, Roots, Bruce Willis, Prime Ministers and President Bush (43).  Her experience also spans in the sports events industry working with George Washington University and traveling to the Torino, working for the International Olympic Committee. 

Topic:

Bridging the Generational Leadership Gap
A discussion on what separates generations and how to use that to get the most out of a team.

Learner Objectives:

How to remain open to learning from different generational leaders.
(Both the senior generations leading and being led by younger generations)

Learning new techniques to managing a team made of multiple generations.

How to manage/collaborate with different generational styles, personalities and cultures.
