Please mark your calendars! We have incredible events on the horizon that you don’t want to miss! First, on February 22, 2018 MPI THCC will be presenting education sessions in Austin and San Antonio. This session entitled “Understanding Event Technical Direction - It’s Just Rocket Science! Managing the Audio-Visual Experience”will be held in Austin at TCEA from 11:00am – 2:00pm, and FOGO De CHAO in San Antonio from 3:00pm – 5:30pm.  If you are interested in volunteering, MPI THCC leaders and volunteers will be on hand that same day during the dedicated networking time in Austin to answer questions and explain the different committees and opportunities within our chapter. We hope to see all of you there!

Plans are well underway for our year end celebration and annual fundraiser! This year’s committee has been redesigning, revamping and rejoicing as they create a dazzling evening of fun and fellowship for our Chapter!  Puttin' on the Ritz is a connection centric soiree with the goal of peer network expansion and an opportunity to win some wonderful destination experiences in the Ritz Raffle. Join us for a lively networking social on May 10, 2018 at the Moonfire Lounge in Austin from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. The cost is $25 for members and $35 for non-members and includes valet parking. The raffle drawings will take place at 6:00 p.m.
