MPI UK&I are delighted to announce the launch of its Young Leader Kickstart Grant for 2021 to support event management students at this incredibly difficult time.

The brain child of MPI UK & Ireland Vice President of Young Leaders, Jonathan Tok, the Young Leader Kickstart Grant will provide 5 lucky student applicants with the opportunity to benefit from complimentary membership of MPI, via the UK & Ireland Chapter, and to work alongside the MPI UK & Ireland Board supporting the programme of activity driven by the Chapter Committees.

Students on event management and related courses at universities across the UK and Ireland are invited to apply and can download an application on the MPI UK & Ireland website or by emailing:  ruth@mpiuki.org

Applications will be shortlisted by an MPI judging panel with 5 winners selected - each of whom will receive complimentary 12-month membership to MPI with all the access benefits this brings.  They will also be allocated a role working on one of the MPI UK & Ireland Committees helping shape and deliver chapter events.

The judging panel for the Young Leader Kickstart Grant are: Judy Elvey – MPI UK & Ireland President, Susan Arslan - MPI UK & Ireland President Elect, Jonathan Tok – MPI UK & Ireland Vice President of Young Leaders and Dan Noyce – MPI UK & Ireland Vice President Membership
