MPI Greater Orlando Chapter – New Member Rebate Promotion Disclaimer Promotion Period: November 12 – December 12, 2025

The MPI Greater Orlando Chapter (“the Chapter”) is offering a $100 rebate to new members who join the Chapter between November 12 and December 12, 2025. To qualify, applicants must:
- Be a new member of Meeting Professionals International (MPI) and select the Greater Orlando Chapter at the time of enrollment.
- Complete the official rebate submission form by December 17, 2025, including their Name, Member ID, Join Date, Company, Address, Phone, and Email. A copy of your member registration receipt will be required.
- Ensure the mailing address provided matches the address associated with their MPI membership account.
Rebates will be issued in the form of a check mailed to the address provided on the rebate form within 4-6 weeks following the close of the promotion period.
This offer:
● Is valid only for new MPI members joining the Greater Orlando Chapter.
● Does not apply to membership renewals, reinstatements, or transfers from other MPI chapters.
● Rebate may be combined (“stacked”) with current MPI Global promotions active during the same time frame.
● Is non-transferable and has no cash value beyond the stated rebate amount.
● Is subject to verification of eligibility by the Chapter before payment is issued.
● Is limited to one rebate per individual membership.
● May be modified or discontinued at any time at the sole discretion of the MPI Greater Orlando Chapter without prior notice.
By submitting a rebate application, participants agree to the terms of this promotion and consent to the Chapter’s use of their information for verification and administrative purposes in accordance with MPI’s privacy policy.
Rebates will be issued while funds are available. The Chapter reserves the right to close the promotion early once the allocated budget for rebates has been met. Membership status will be verified with MPI Global prior to rebate approval. The Chapter is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdirected mail or for incorrect addresses provided by applicants. Recipients are responsible for any applicable taxes or reporting requirements related to the rebate. Any disputes regarding eligibility or rebate issuance will be resolved at the discretion of the MPI Greater Orlando Chapter, and all decisions are final.
