EVENT VOUCHER PROGRAM

The MPI Kentucky Bluegrass Chapter is pleased to offer an Event Voucher Program designed to provide added value and convenience for our members. This program offers the opportunity to purchase a single voucher that grants access to the Kentucky Bluegrass Chapter events—including educational sessions and signature series events.

By participating in the Voucher Program, members can enjoy both time and cost savings. Instead of registering and paying for each event individually, members may take advantage of a one-time, discounted fee that covers all eligible events throughout the fiscal year in which the voucher is purchased.

Program Pricing Overview

The voucher includes admission to Educational events, Signature events, and a limited number of Social Series events. The cost structure is based on the following registration values:

• Three educational events at $35 each
• Two signature series events at $50 each
• One Social Series event at $15
• The total standard cost to attend all six events is $220. The voucher is offered at a discounted rate of $205, providing $15 savings for each participating member.

Program Guidelines and Eligibility

• Vouchers may be purchased exclusively by current MPI KBC members.
• Vouchers are fully transferable and may be used by both members and non-members.
• A voucher may be applied to register a guest for any eligible event.
• Members must still register for each event individually, using the unique voucher code provided at the time of purchase.
• Payment is required once, at the point of voucher purchase.
• Vouchers do not cover raffle tickets or MPI Foundation donations; these items may be purchased separately during event registration.
• Members whose fiscal year runs from July through June may still apply vouchers to programs occurring during that cycle.
• Vouchers remain valid for one year from the date of purchase.

How to Purchase

Members interested in purchasing a voucher may do so easily by contacting the Chapter Administrator at info@kbcmpi.org. The Administrator will send you an invoice and a unique code to use at the time of event registration.
