You tend to minute details with precision and composure. Along the way you may be forgetting about the one person without whom, you can’t succeed – yourself.Increasing we are recognizing that to lead and influence others, we need to first take care of ourselves. Self-care is indeed a leadership skill. In this interactive session, we will explore the foundation of why we have to follow the conventional wisdom of putting your oxygen mask on first. Participants will interactively share what works for them and where they experience challenges of prioritizing self-care.

• Approaches to building resilience
