Call for Innovation: 

We are reimagining the roundtable session for the 2026 METS Conference and turning the spotlight on you, our members. The goal is to create a dynamic showcase of innovation and game-changing ideas from planners and suppliers alike across our community.

We are looking for:

• New approaches to event design, tech, sustainability, DEI, wellness, or attendee engagement
• Creative solutions to common industry challenges
• Bold experiments that paid off - or taught you something valuable
• Anything that makes people say, "Whoa, tell me more!"

How it works:

Selected innovators will lead interactive roundtable sessions during the MEETS Conference on March 9, 2026. Think TED Talk meets coffee chat - short, impactful, and packed with inspiration. You'll share your innovation in 5-minute spotlights, followed by 15-minute discussions with attendees eager to learn from your experience.
