The MPI New Jersey Chapter is partnering with ILEA New Jersey to celebrate Global Meetings Industry Day with an evening of ultimate networking.
Global Meetings Industry Day (GMID) brings together leaders from across the meetings and events industry to showcase the real impact that business meetings, conferences, conventions, incentive travel, trade shows and exhibitions have on people, business and communities. Meeting professionals across the world participate in the international day of advocacy, with more than 200 events held across 6 continents in 2018. #GMID19
Global Meetings Industry Day strives to accomplish three things:
*To define and shape the meetings and events profession in the future
*To help raise the profile of the industry and the benefits it generates for communities and institutions
*To discuss the economic impact of meetings in the region with people who are outside of the industry.
