Who are the most important people in your life? Husband, John and 12- year old daughter, Alana

Who do you work for and what is your role? BCD ME and Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company is my client. I plan meetings, events, incentive trips, and conferences for Goodyear.

What is the best thing about your job? I have a vast array of responsibilities and I enjoy the diversity of doing different things each day. Also my “client boss” is very positive and nice.

What are the 3 most important skills you use at work? Negotiation, multi-tasking hundreds of details simultaneously, working with the meeting hosts to ensure we provide a great experience for the participants while staying within budget.

What one piece of advice would you give to someone beginning their career in the Meeting Industry?  Dive into learning all aspects of planning events and get your CMP designation.

What super-power would you love to have to help you do your job better? Influence like a cult leader for the meeting hosts to follow my direction!
