Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) Certification Package

The Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) program was established in 1985 and was designed to increase the professionalism of meeting and event professionals in all sectors of the industry.  The CMP credential distinguishes holders as career professionals who have demonstrated a high level of experience, skill and knowledge in the meetings and events industry.  The CMP credential is obtained by meeting specific application requirements and passing a rigorous examination.  The CMP is a global professional designation delivered by the Convention Industry Council (CIC) and MPI is a proud supporter of the CIC’s Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) Program.
