ABOUT THE PROGRAM:
In today’s day and age, how you highlight your skills and reflect all that you’ve accomplished on your resume is more important than ever. In fact, with more companies relying on artificial intelligence, you must ensure that you’re utilizing the right verbiage to land on the top of the HR manager’s pile of qualified applicants. During this session from Michele Warholic, Esq., CAE, Vetted Solutions, and Jarrod Clabaugh, CAE, Ohio Society of Association Executives, you will learn the tips and tricks you need to implement in order to get the attention you seek from the decision makers looking to add the best candidates to their staff.

Participants will walk away knowing:
• What today’s HR professionals and recruiters expect to see when reviewing resumes from top applicants
• Insight on what “power words” to use and what words to avoid, and
• How to use their resume, portfolios and customized cover letters to sell their strengths and minimize areas where they may need additional development
