ABOUT THE PROGRAM:
Session 1: Great Things Happen Every Day
       Presented by: Phil Barth

On August 5, 2015 I took a surprise visit to the cardiac wing of Bethesda North Hospital in Cincinnati.
I suffered what was labeled a "small" heart attack. I remember thinking "if this is small I'd hate to see medium."
Per the advice of my Doctor I changed my diet, started exercising more and decided to work on controlling stress.
This program is about stress control. For the past four years I have written a daily list: Great things that happened today. Each day I celebrate the great things that happened. Since I started this journey I've met some fascinating people, discovered new recipes and celebrated life. And I've laughed a lot. If you attend this program you will too.
I even wrote a book on the subject - it's an International Best Sort of Seller (it went to #1 on free books when I released it... that's sort of a sale).
My goal is to share the celebration with you and start a "Great Things" movement.

In This Session You Will:
• Learn what really makes your day great
• Get a quick three-minute trick that will give you up to a 54% better chance of having a great day
• Learn how to shut out the social media noise, without having to swear off social media entirely
• Pick up as many as ten little “life hacks” that will lower your stress and make life more fun
• Laugh. A lot. I promise.

Session 2: Survival Strategies: Lessons Learned
       Presented by: MaryAnne Bobrow
Over the past 20 years, global and country-specific incidents have had serious economic effects on business and finance, none the least of which are the traumatic and widespread impacts of Covid-19.  Participate in this session to explore the bad and turn the lessons learned into best practices to start, maintain, and grow your business.

Objectives:
• Acquire knowledge and information to formulate survival strategies for your business
• Assess current competencies and acquire additional competencies where gaps exist
• Formulate marketing campaigns to promote the value of added competencies to your business
