ABOUT THE PROGRAM:
The “Now Normal” a previously unfamiliar or atypical situation that has become
standard, usual, or expected. In the 21st Century, we are experiencing the “Now
Normal” in the workplace that require reframing the agility of being a leader. In this
PMI workshop we will discuss and present tips and techniques targeted to sharpen your
leadership tools and skills for the “Now Normal” workplace.

•  Presenting the value of navigating through the “Now Normal” in a hybrid workplace culture.
•  Discussing how leaders engage and inspire verses motivate high-performance in the workplace; identifying when coaching matters.

•  Identify the benefits of emotional intelligence for leaders in the “Now Normal”.
• Discuss civility principles that will provide structure and guidelines for maintaining and enhancing trust and respect within the “Now Normal” workplace; minimizing conflict.
