Leadership in the “Now Normal” utilizing Emotional Intelligence

ABOUT THE PROGRAM:
The “Now Normal” a previously unfamiliar or atypical situation that has become
standard, usual, or expected. In the 21st Century, we are experiencing the “Now
Normal” in the workplace that require reframing the agility of being a leader. In this
PMI workshop we will discuss and present tips and techniques targeted to sharpen your
leadership tools and skills for the “Now Normal” workplace.

  •  Discussing how leaders engage and inspire verses motivate high-performance in the workplace; identifying when coaching matters.
