Mandi Graziano is Vice President of Global Accounts for Hospitality Performance Network Global. Over the last twenty plus years Mandi has held leadership roles for Marriott, Starwood, Hard Rock Hotels and Caesars Entertainment. Mandi is currently a board director for California Hotel Lodging Association Hospitality Foundation and an active member of MPI Southern California. She is the author of the best-selling hilarious and insightful business book: Sales Tales: The Hustle, Humor and Lessons from a Life in Sales where she brings her bold business stories to life. Mandi is a speaker and coach to sales teams in all industries. She founded Facetime Coaching Company in 2007 which grows companies & individuals to become more clever, fun, practical and tactical in their business process. She is the co-creator of Adventures in Business-A weekly LinkedIn Live show & podcast. Mandi invented the concept Business Bedside Manner™, trademarked it and has been speaking on stages about it with passion for your business. Mandi is from Cleveland Ohio, and lives in San Diego with her husband Scooter and their adorable Goldendoodle Luca. She is an avid bike rider, spinner, and brisk walker. SWEAT working is her favorite way to hold a meeting with her hospitality peers.

Invite & Inspire
From April through December, members who bring a guest to an in-person MPI event will be eligible for our prize drawing. Bring a guest who becomes a member, double your chances of winning. The member with the most points at the end of the contest will win a $100 VISA gift card. All members who bring guests to meetings will be eligible for other prizes. Winners will be announced at our Member Recognition Event.
*For tracking, our registration page will have a question asking if we are taking advantage of bringing a guest and it will ask that you list their name.
Note: The guest must still register for the event separately. Adding their name to your registration for tracking does not register them for the event. If you wish to pay for your guest, you can add a group member in the registration process. There is a button to click in before finalizing and submitting pay that says "Add a Group Member."
