During our morning session, expert panelists will delve into the ever-evolving landscape of travel and tourism, sharing insights on trends, challenges and best practices when engaging with one another during the planning process.

During the luncheon session, our featured speaker, Shawn Ellis, will present Choose Your Ending™: How to Let Go, Level Up, and Lead What’s Next. 

Every breakthrough begins with an ending. Yet in times of transition, most organizations focus on what to start—new strategies, new systems, new goals—without addressing what’s still being carried from the past. The result? Resistance, fatigue, and stalled momentum. In this high-energy, interactive session, keynote speaker and author Shawn Ellis helps leaders and teams embrace the truth that success doesn’t begin with what’s next—it begins with what you’re willing to end. Drawing from his Choose Your Ending™ Method and 5 C’s of Radical Adaptability, Shawn equips participants with the mindset, tools, and courage to let go of what no longer serves—so they can fully engage with what’s ahead. Through a mix of storytelling, psychology, and practical exercises, participants will not only gain new insights but also experience a personal reset they can apply immediately.

Participants will learn how to:
