Top Performing Chapter Award

The MPI Chapter Performance Award is designed to recognize MPI chapters for their achievements in key areas essential to long-term success. Each chapter’s performance is evaluated based on three critical factors:

1️⃣ Membership – Growth, retention, and engagement within the chapter community.
2️⃣ Finance – Financial stability and sustainability to support operations.
3️⃣ Education – Quality programming and professional development opportunities for members.

These measures are tracked through the Chapter Dashboard that is submitted to MPI each month to ensure alignment with MPI Bylaws and Global Policies. This dashboard serves as a snapshot of each chapter’s operational health, fiscal sustainability, and member engagement, highlighting strengths and areas for growth.

Additionally, chapters earn Metric Incentives based on their performance throughout the fiscal year. Chapters that excel in these areas are recognized and awarded annually.
