Based on last year’s rave reviews, MPI PHL Chapter is thrilled to once again present this wildly successful program.

A fast-paced roundtable format will be utilized to provide each participant with 5-6 minutes of dedicated brainpower to solve their challenges/opportunities. The topics will be completely attendee-driven; no artificial talking points or outlines. Each participant will highlight their own challenge, receive verbal input from their peers and will then walk away with notes on how to best overcome their challenges and accomplish their goals.

Facilitator Information: Judi McLaughlin

Judi McLaughlin will lead this interactive discussion for the MPI PHL November Education Program. Judi is Managing Director of HelmsBriscoe. Drawing from her 28 years of industry experience, she works with corporate and regional leadership teams to provide strategic direction and support of new business development, client retention, business planning, and Associate recruitment efforts.

A Certified Meeting Professional, Judi graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a degree in Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutional Management. She started her career with Sheraton Hotels in San Diego, Tucson, and New York City where Judi was recruited by a customer and worked as a meeting planner for two professional associations. In 1990, Judi joined McGettigan Partners where she held multiple leadership roles. Judi was part of the pre-opening sales team at the Philadelphia Marriott Hotel and held the position of Director of Meetings for the association management firm, Talley Management. Most recently, Judi held several management team positions with Maritz Travel, including Senior Director, Industry Relations and Sourcing.
