February 2019 Advanced Planner Roundtable
MPI Washington State Chapter invites advanced-level planner members & non-members to join us at our upcoming quarterly Advanced Planner Roundtable. The format of the roundtable will be to discuss 3 pre-selected topics for about an hour and then we will have about an hour of open discussion on whatever is on our minds. After the roundtable, please join us for a networking "happy hour".
The 3 topics for this roundtable are:
•BEO Review/Pre Con/Post Con Best Practices
•Year End Review: Your performance goals and objectives. How is your performance measured?
•Contract Hot Buttons
These roundtables are for high-level PLANNERS ONLY and will allow you to collaborate with like-minded colleagues, discuss issues and solutions unique to you, and have the opportunity for some quality networking!
You are an Advanced Planner if you have any THREE of the four below:
•You have worked in a role where full service meeting planning is your primary function for 10 or more years.
•You have the title of Senior, Manager or Director (or equivalent).
•You act as a lead planner on annual International program(s).
•You act as a lead planner on meetings with a total annual spend of $5 million or more.
