Membership is responsible for chapter recruiting, care and growth of our members. Committee goals include increasing member retention, growing our membership, and developing members for growth within the chapter.  Member satisfaction is a key objective for this committee.  Being a part of the membership enables you to assist in developing key objectives and goals for all members of the chapter.  It also provides you with a strong background and insight into chapter business practices for future interests in becoming a board member.

This role focuses on a monthly “fresh eyes” review of our website — checking that links work, content is current, branding is consistent, and nothing feels outdated or broken. You’ll flag opportunities and partner with our admin team to bring updates to life.

This role is all about turning engagement data into meaningful insights — from social and newsletter performance to bigger-picture metrics that show the value MPI Washington delivers to members and sponsors.

  • Tracking and updating benefits in the sponsorship tracker
  • Communicating content requirements to sponsors
  • Supporting the fulfillment of all sponsorship benefits
This role is perfect for members who enjoy organization, relationship-building, and behind-the-scenes coordination.

Play a central role in one of our chapter’s most important fundraising efforts. You’ll:

  • Oversee the implementation of three annual auctions
  • Secure donated items and experiences
  • Assist with setting up and managing the auction platform
  • Collaborate with the Communications Team to develop promotional content
