For years, our advanced-level planner members have asked for something that addresses specific needs for a higher level of education & networking - a place to discuss & find solutions to the daily challenges other planner members may not have experienced yet. Well, it's finally here!
 
These roundtables are for PLANNERS ONLY and will allow you to collaborate with like-minded colleagues, discuss issues and solutions unique to you, with the opportunity for some quality networking.
 
You are an Advanced Planner if you have any THREE of the four below:
  • You have worked in a role where full service meeting planning is your primary function for 10 or more years.
  • You have the title of Senior, Manager or Director (or equivalent)
  • You act as a lead planner on annual International Program(s)
  • You act as a lead planner on meetings with a total annual spend of $5 million or more
The format of the roundtable will be to discuss 3 pre-selected topics for about an hour and then we will have about an hour of open discussion on whatever is on our minds. The topics are: 
  • Using your smartphone and other technology to make planning meetings easier.
  • Your Online Brand/Your company’s social media policy and how it relates to you.
  • From Order Taker to Trusted Advisor, what has worked for you?
After the roundtable, please join us for a networking "happy hour".
