CAMP MPI | MPI Ottawa Chapter
On June 12th, we're transforming the Fairmont Le Château Montebello into the ultimate grown-up summer camp — complete with team activities, classic camp games, and fun under the sun. Join us for the 2025 MPI Ottawa Volunteer Celebration Bash: Camp MPI!
Get ready to swap stories around the "campfire," play classic camp games, and enjoy a hearty spread—all while celebrating our amazing MPI volunteers!

Program:
11:45am: Bus departs from Hilton Lac-Leamy Sponsored by Tourisme Outaouais
1:30 pm: Activities sponsored by Cantrav begin at Fairmont Le Château Montebello
5:00 pm: BBQ dinner on the Terrace
7:30 pm: Bus departs for return to Hilton Lac-Leamy
8:30pm: Bus arrives at the Hilton Lac Leamy

Registration fees
- Member Earlybird (by May 12): $125
- Non-member Earlybird (by May 12): $140
- Member Regular Rate (after May 12): $135
- Non-member Regular Rate (after May 12): $150
- Student/Faculty Registration: $100
- Hosted Team: $1250 (includes full registration for 8 Guests, and your ability to display your company branding throughout the event (limited amount of team slots available!)
Registration will officially close at 12:00 pm EDT on Thursday, May 29.
Important Details:
- Boarding for the shuttle buses will take place from 11:30am-11:45am EDT. The buses will depart at 11:45am at Hilton Lac-Lemay. Free Parking is available at the Hilton Lac-Leamy. *Pack your own lunch for the bus!*
- For those driving themselves: Self-service outdoor parking for hotel guests is part of the resort experience fee. Self-service outdoor parking for non-hotel guests is $25 per day. Taxes extra. Does not include unlimited in and out privileges.
- 1:00pm: Cabin groups will get together. Welcome snack will be provided. Activities will begin at 1:30 pm.
- 4:00 pm Networking Hour
- 5:00pm BBQ dinner on the Terrace
- 7:30pm- Bus Departs for the Hilton Lac Leamy
Fairmont Le Château Montebello is kindly providing attendees with the option of staying overnight at an amazing rate of $159/night for Fairmont Rooms and $179 per night for Fairmont Luxury rooms. Rooms can be booked by calling Reservations Department at 819-423-6341. VERY LIMITED AMOUNT AVAILABLE.

Note – shuttle buses will only be available on Thursday, June 12. We encourage carpooling for those staying overnight. More information available on registration page.
