MPI Foundation Series: Jeanna Andre-Murdie

Jeanna Andre-Murdie, Director, global accounts with The Howes Group, is one of the many members who has received an MPI Foundation scholarship.

Why MPI?
Having attended MPI’s World Education Congress (WEC), I felt that MPI had a great global reach. I am working towards getting my Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation and I knew that MPI could support me since the Ottawa Chapter offers a great CMP bootcamp.

Tell us about the application
It couldn’t have been easier. I applied when I attended WEC in 2018. The MPI Foundation called me a few months later to tell me the good news.

What were you awarded?
I was awarded an annual membership, which usually costs about $500. I’m hoping to get my CMP designation in early 2020.
