MPI Pittsburgh is opening nominations for the Director of Member Retention position on our 2027 Board of Directors!

The Director of Member Retention plays an important role in strengthening our chapter by fostering meaningful relationships with existing members, encouraging continued engagement, and helping ensure our members recognize the value of their MPI membership. We are looking for a member who is passionate about MPI, enjoys connecting with others, and is excited to develop new ways to enhance the member experience and support membership retention. Members may nominate themselves or another MPI Pittsburgh Chapter member for consideration. All nominated candidates will be invited to interview with the MPI Pittsburgh Chapter Nominations and Governance Committee to discuss their interest, experience, and vision for the role.

Following the interview process, the Nominations and Governance Committee will recommend a candidate to the 2026 MPI Pittsburgh Board of Directors. The Immediate Past President, serving as Chair of the Nominations and Governance Committee, will then make a motion for the Board to approve the committee's recommended candidate. Upon approval, the individual will officially join the 2027 Board of Directors as Director of Member Retention.
