EduCon: Where the Industry Comes to Learn

EduCon, the largest educational event planned by MPI St. Louis, brought the industry together on November 6th for a dynamic and impactful day of education, networking, and teambuilding. Hosted this year at Ameristar Casino Resort Spa St. Charles, the event created an energizing environment where meeting and event professionals connected, collaborated, and learned from one another.

From start to finish, every moment of EduCon was packed with meaningful learning and authentic connection. Attendees were inspired by engaging speakers and energized by interactive sessions, while exhibitors and vendors played a key role in creating a vibrant, hands-on experience that encouraged conversation and idea-sharing throughout the day.

Serving as both emcee and keynote speaker, Devon Pascha set the tone with her powerful message on Designing Your Impact and Finding Your Superpower, challenging attendees to think intentionally about the influence they have in their professional and personal lives. Additional education sessions delivered actionable insights across a range of critical topics. Marc Ghafoori explored the financial impact of decision-making in Zero-Leak Procurement: How Late Decisions Drain Five Figures from Your Budget. Jenn Whitmer provided practical tools for navigating Communications & Conflict Resolution, and Kendra Mack inspired attendees with her perspective on The Ownership Era, encouraging professionals to take control of their growth and leadership. Stuart and Stacey Morse, who provided actionable strategies for professional growth. Jill Blood with Legal Trends and Markey’s to help us Create the Vibe.

EduCon once again proved why it is MPI St. Louis’s signature educational experience—bringing together inspiring voices, innovative ideas, and a strong sense of community. The day left attendees motivated, informed, and better equipped to elevate their work and their impact within the meetings and events industry.
