AI and Events

There is an overwhelming amount of noise right now about AI in the events industry. Spoiler alert???? There is way more to this story than ChatGPT writing copy for your event marketing emails or your speaking session descriptions.

This jam packed 60-min session will explore various AI tools that are available to us all today and dive into how to actually use them. It will explore new event execution ideas. It will discuss the pros and cons of this technology as well as dabble in the philosophical and ethical considerations in play.

Ryan Costello is the co-founder of Event Farm, an event engagement software platform, and currently serves as the Chief Strategy Officer of MemberSuite (Event Farm’s parent company). He has been an event producer and experiential technologist for 20+ years. He’s worked with some of the largest brands and agencies in the world including Nike, Google, Yahoo, Microsoft, Adobe, JP Morgan Chase, and dozens more to help execute thousands of event experiences. Ryan has been bringing innovation and ushering in new technologies to the meetings and events industry that are being adopted at a shocking pace around the world. He has a computer science degree from Georgetown University and resides in Los Angeles, CA.
