Raffle Prize Donations

The Arizona Sunbelt Chapter of Meeting Professionals International offers sponsorship opportunities to capitalize on your membership! The Raffle/Sponsorship Committee collects raffle prizes to be used at Monthly Meetings and Special Events throughout the year.

What does this mean for you and your organization? EXPOSURE! OPPORTUNITY! What does this mean for our chapter? The ability to continue offering first-class educational functions, networking opportunities, and additional benefits. It is the hope of the committee to obtain enough contributions at the beginning of the year to accommodate all event needs. We want to eliminate going to our members over and over again, so please dig deeply on your first contribution!

We’ve made it so easy to donate -  you are just a few clicks away!  Use our new ONLINE RAFFLE DONATION FORM to submit your prizes!  Once you submit, simply send in your donation or bring it to the event you want to use it for!  

All donations will be announced prior to and during the event, and signage will list sponsors for each meeting.

Monthly Mini-Tradeshow

Display tables are available at each monthly meeting for members and non-member to showcase their products and services to other guests. What great exposure for you and your company at such a minimal cost - $150.00 for members and $250.00 for non-members! One meal is included in the display table fee. For additional participants, there will be an additional charge of $50 per person. This mini-tradeshow takes place 45 minutes prior to each monthly education program.
