Hello fellow MPI Georgia members,

Happy Fall! Fall is a season of harvest for us to reap the benefits of our labor. Robert Louis Stevenson reminds us, “Don’t judge each day by the harvest you reap, but by the seeds that you plant.”

Meeting Professional International - Georgia Chapter has allowed me a vehicle in which to plant seeds of goodness to reap the benefits of the energy and effort I have planted within the chapter over the years. It has provided a path to grow in both my professional career and personal life.

MPI Georgia is a fantastic industry platform in which to volunteer your time, talents, and experiences with a spirit of service. Personally, the organization has provided me an opportunity in which to challenge myself and learn new skills.

When I began participating within volunteer committees, I recognized the true value of what the association can provide. I started my journey within groups which were most familiar. However, it wasn’t until I stepped out on a limb into the land of the unfamiliar, I began to grow. I then began to search for unchartered territory because this organization provides you avenues in which to succeed. You are fully supported while learning and growing. The chapter provides training, tools, resources, and encouragement. Above all, we are one another’s biggest cheerleaders.

I encourage you to engage or re-engage and embark upon your personal journey of service within the chapter. Most importantly, I look forward to serving alongside you!
