Please join us in welcoming Vanessa Rowe to the Georgia Chapter of MPI. Vanessa manages operations and events for Boundless, which helps non-profits showcase their mission, inspire engagement & amplify their voices. She manages the Account Team, Vendors, Partners, and Event Day Team members throughout the event life cycle of mission-driven organizations.

Vanessa's first job in the meeting industry was as an intern with the Latin American Association. "What made it stand out was that I was hired by Veronica Maldonado when it had been quite a while since I'd been immersed in the Spanish culture and speaking the language. Finally, however, she told me she saw something. From that experience, I started to build my network of industry professionals, learned the art of networking, attended my 1st gala, and was introduced to the non-profit world."

While serving as a Director of Membership for International Live Events Association (ILEA), Vanessa was introduced to the Georgia Chapter through participation in the CMP Study Group while preparing to take the test for the 2nd time. Within the study group, she met a dynamic team of professionals and learned a great deal about the meeting industry through her classmates, experiences, and various roles in the planning process.

If Vanessa were to have one song play every time she walks into a room for the rest of her life, the speakers would blast Alicia Keys' "This Girl is On Fire." She spends her professional and personal time helping family, friends, and clients make memories. She also enjoys traveling with hopes of making it to Bora Bora one day, trying new restaurants, and making memories that will last a lifetime with her own family.
