We all know that people on the team are the greatest commodity in any business. They are the talent, the inspiration, the innovation that will take the business to new levels. So, if that's true, why do some teams fire on all cylinders, while other teams barely get by? Why are some teams excited, engaged and knock it out of the park and other teams’ gossip, bicker and plod along doing things the same way they've been done before? This 1 hr. presentation begins to look at the pillars for High Impact Teams.
