Tell us about your business and your current job.
I represent a 42-room, independent hotel resort with private event space, indoor pool, restaurant, and outdoor space located on Lake Holcombe, just 2 hours away from Minneapolis. Paradise Shores 4 is a perfect place for outdoor lovers who enjoy hiking, boating, kayaking, paddle-boarding, fishing, snowmobiling, etc. In addition, Paradise Shores 4 offers many options for physically distant, outdoor entertainment on its beautiful patio.

What do you hope to gain from your MPI Membership?
I believe in the power of networking and helping each other. I hope to gain mutually beneficial connections, promote my property and the amenities it has to offer, expand my network, and have fun! 

If there was only one thing a potential customer could remember about your company, what would that be?
At Paradise Shores 4 we lend our attention to tranquility and escaping the city to explore the outdoors. 

What one piece of advice would you give to a new supplier joining the MPI network?
Be proud of who you are and what you do! We are here to support each other and grow together.

What has been the best piece of advice you have been given, and how has it made a difference in your life - personally or professionally?
“You never know what's around the corner.” – We all know many industries have been going through a lot lately. It’s important not to give up, keep going and smiling, and things will work out one way or another. 

What are some of your favorite pastime activities?
COVID has impacted some activities I enjoy doing with my family (like long-distance traveling or attending concerts), however, I’ve been enjoying weekends at the cabin or by the pool. We also got into Facebook live concerts on the couch on the weekends.
