California – October 20, 2020 - The inaugural Golden State Collaborative held October 8, 2020 was overwhelmingly successful in bringing together all 5 California MPI chapters to discuss statewide preparations for the safe return of face to face meetings, as well as ways to elevate the digital experience.

California – Launching October 8, 2020, the inaugural Golden State Collaborative unites California’s MPI community for premier professional development aimed at moving the hospitality community forward.

It is with extreme pride and joy that I write this letter to all of you and welcome everyone to the new term… what a beginning it has been. I can’t help but relate experiences in life to song titles, lyrics or movie quotes and currently, the quote above from ‘Mary Poppins’ seems fitting.

Kelly Feeney and Bruno Duarte, CTA were the hosts we could toast the most with the continuation of our MPIOC Awards Celebration, kicking off the first event of the “New Year”! They pulled off a special live broadcast at Ralph Brennan’s Jazz Kitchen

Engaging as a volunteer is a way to invest in your future. As someone who likes exercising, I cannot tell you how much I have missed the gym. Every afternoon, for years, it has been my way to unwind and release the stress of the day.
