Welcome to the first ever MPI Pittsburgh Mentor Program!
This members-only program is designed to amplify MPI’s mission to connect the global meeting and event community to learn, innovate, collaborate and advocate. In order to learn and grow, we need each other and what better way to connect than through MPI Pittsburgh! Member participation in the program will support the connections that are valuable to early professionals and experienced professionals alike.
Mentor Requirements
★ MPI Pittsburgh member in good standing ★ Be an active professional in the events and hospitality industry with >5 years experience ★ Willing to check in with your mentee when needed, based on agreed upon frequency ★ Encourage your mentee to attend MPI and other professional events ★ Possess a heartfelt passion for the events and hospitality industry
Mentee Requirements
★ MPI Pittsburgh member in good standing ★ Be a student, emerging professional or new to the industry (<5 years) ★ Willing to check in with your mentor when needed, based on agreed upon frequency ★ Encourage your mentee to attend MPI and other professional events ★ Possess an interest in the events and hospitality industry
