2021 MPIWSC Fantasy Football League

Congratulations to the Perrinville Barking Spiders and owner Greg Lowder of Affairs to Remember Entertainment, who won the 2021 Super MPIWSC Bowl and became the champion of our 2021 MPIWSC Fantasy Football League.

Greg took top honors by beating out Team SARSAR, led by owner Aaron Shook of the rEvolve Hospitality Group by a score of 152.36 – 134.38. As league champion, Greg wins a $250 cash prize! Aaron receives back his $50 entry fee as runner-up.

Twelve teams participated in our first MPIWSC Fantasy Football League. The season proved the old saying, "Any Given Sunday" remains true. Virtually all teams experienced adversity with their players being hurt, or going through unusual periods of underperformance. Many of our team owners were participating in Fantasy Football for the first time, but often fielded highly competitive teams! In fact, at least one owner who expressed his/her fear of being a newbie, ended up in the top echelon of the league.

Each week, the team achieving the highest point totals won the weekly Piggy Prize. Seven different teams took home the Piggy Prize during the season.

Thank you to all participants. The league raised a total of $300 to support MPIWSC activities. Here are the final standings with team names, owners (and their companies) and regular season win-loss record.
