Industry Xchange is an educational and networking event for professional meeting and event planners. It provides attendees a forum to gain new perspectives on key trends and issues facing the meetings industry today and what they mean for business opportunities in the future. This event celebrates the contributions of our Chapter’s hard-working volunteers and recognizes those who are making an impact on the meetings and events industry. This is a signature event, featuring a cocktail reception that provides quality networking time with top meeting planners and industry colleagues. It provides a large marketplace for brand presence among partners and sponsors and is a favorite of our membership.

Space Requirements

  • Registration area
  • Space for opening/network reception for 165 guests prior to Awards program
  • Space for 165 seated guests (rounds preferred) during Dinner and Awards program
  • Staging

  • Passed hors d'oeuvres and drinks opening/networking reception for 165 guests
  • Seated dinner to be served during Awards Program (can be plated or buffet-style menu) for 165 guests
  • Open bar, or drink tickets followed by cash bar, throughout the event (flexible) for 165 guests
