Industry Xchange is an educational and networking event for professional meeting and event planners. It provides attendees a forum to gain new perspectives on key trends and issues facing the meetings industry today and what they mean for business opportunities in the future. Event Profile

The MPI-CAC Annual Awards Recognition Celebration is one of MPI-CAC’s most highly attended events annually. This event celebrates the contributions of our Chapter’s hard-working volunteers and recognizes those who are making an impact on the meetings and events industry. This is a signature event, featuring a cocktail reception that provides quality networking time with top meeting planners and industry colleagues. It provides a large marketplace for brand presence among partners and sponsors and is a favorite of our membership.

Space Requirements

  • Registration area
  • Space for opening/network reception for 165 guests prior to Awards program
  • Space for 165 seated guests (rounds preferred) during Dinner and Awards program
  • Staging

 Food & Beverage Needs

  • Passed hors d'oeuvres and drinks opening/networking reception for 165 guests
  • Seated dinner to be served during Awards Program (can be plated or buffet-style menu) for 165 guests
  • Open bar, or drink tickets followed by cash bar, throughout the event (flexible) for 165 guests
