Calling All Planners!


Would you like to apply to be a Hosted Planner and attend an MPI-CAC event complimentary?

Complete the Hosted Planner Request Form and we will make every effort to match you with a supplier to host you as their guest. Matching will take place on a rolling basis as suppliers become available for each event, and you will be connected via email with your supplier if a match can be made. 

If a match is unavailable, you will be notified seven days in advance of the event, and will still be able to register at the member rate.

PLEASE NOTE Given the demand for the spots in the MPI-CAC Hosted Planners Program, we ask that planners please give us at least 72 hours' notice if you are no longer able to attend an event after you've been matched, to ensure someone else is able to attend the event in your place.

If you are matched with a supplier to host you at an event, you will be asked to register for said event, and your credit card will be charged a $10 fee during registration. If you attend the event, you will be refunded the $10 within one week of the event's conclusion. If you do not notify MPI-CAC of your cancellation within the aforementioned timeframe, and do not attend the event, your $10 fee will be donated to the MPI Foundation.
