Heather Warthen: Who is DPS?

Tracy Nickless Schorle: DPS stands for DRI Professional Services and is a premier Association Management Company. We are an association ourselves, so we understand the sector, including its advantages, disadvantages and how to use these industry truths to benefit their clients. Comprised of trusted industry experts, the team will help you streamline costs, dramatically lower risks, improve efficiencies, meet rigid, must-hit deadlines, solve complex problems quickly, support and plot strategic and positioning initiatives, and overall, produce better outcomes.

HW: What will DPS be handling for our chapter?

TNS: At DPS, we will handle as much of your day-to-day business as you allow us to, so that you can focus on what really matters – providing a better product to your members. More specifically, we handle business administration, onsite event support, marketing, sales and accounting.

HW: Who are some of the faces we will see regularly?

TNS: At DPS, we pride ourselves on making sure you meet our leadership directly to help cultivate an effective relationship and maximize our positive impact. I will serve as the Executive Director of MPI-CAC. I have served DPS for more than nine years and spent nearly 10 years at SmithBucklin, the world’s largest association management company. I have spent more than 20 years creating communication, marketing and sales programs to grow associations of all sizes and industries. I also serve as the Executive Director of MPI Heartland Chapter. You can learn more about me by clicking here (https://www.linkedin.com/in/tracy-nickless-schorle-ma-354412/.)

Some other faces you should expect to see and work with are:

  • Maria Berg Stark, Association Director, Membership
  • Beth DeMars, Association Manager, Education and Events
  • Melissa LaBarbera, Partner Care Manager
  • Kelly Tiffany, Special Projects
  • Rich Wallock, Controller
  • Jack Brosnan, Association Coordinator, Marketing.

HW: What other chapters does DPS work with?

TSN: Currently, we also work with MPI Heartland.

HW: What can we look forward to by having DPS handle our chapter business?

TSN: By allowing DPS to handle your chapter’s business, you can expect us to bring new effective and efficient ways to manage workflow, protect resources and new life to the chapter that will allow for even more events, more networking, and greater membership value.

HW: Who should our members contact with any questions?

TSN: Please direct any and all questions to me via email at tschorle@mpicac.org.
