Meetings Matter - Change: Asking the Questions...What, Why, When and How is it right for You and Your Organization?
Join us at Industry Xchange 2024 for an afternoon education session as we highlight AI trends in our industry and help you to determine when AI tools are a good addition to your toolbox. When AI is used correctly, it can enhance and assist with planning efforts and daily tasks.
Learn - This session will consist of a thought-provoking keynote presentation, an industry panel discussion and a hands-on activity to immediately apply what you have learned.
Connect With Your People - After the education session, come network with colleagues and friends, new and old including MPI-CAC, Association Forum, PCMA GMC, SITE Chicago, Destination Reps, ILEA Chicago, IAEE Midwest, and NACE.

Would you like to connect with a planner? Industry Xchange is a great opportunity to meet prospective clients in an electrifying environment! Invite a current or potential client to join you and register them as your guest during the registration process. As an MPI-CAC member, you can register at the member rate.
If you would like to be connected to a hosted planner, please select the optional item “Hosted Planner” while registering yourself and we will make every effort to match you with a planner. You will be connected via email prior to the event. The matching process begins two weeks before the event date.
Planners
Would you like to apply to be a Hosted Planner and potentially attend this event for free? Industry Xchange is too good to miss!
Complete the Hosted Planner Request Form and we will make every effort to match you with a supplier to host you as their guest.
Matching will take place two weeks prior to the event date and you will be connected via email with your supplier. If a match is unavailable, you will be notified seven days in advance of the event and will still be able to register at the early registration rate.

The Hall
Located on the 3rd floor, The Hall is the ideal space for large-scale meetings and events. The divisible room has natural light and is equipped with a projection screen, built-in whiteboards, and Convene's signature resources.
