Centered on the theme of Fearless Authenticity, this year’s program will explore how leaders can communicate with greater clarity, build trust, and create impact by leading from a place of purpose. Attendees will explore how Fearless Authenticity can help them lead with greater clarity, communicate more effectively, and create stronger connections that drive meaningful impact.
Inspired by the work of keynote speaker Jeanne Sparrow, the program emphasizes intentional leadership, authentic communication, and lasting influence. Designed for both current and emerging leaders, Fall Leadership Day brings together our community for thought-provoking conversation, actionable takeaways, and meaningful networking with peers across the meetings and events industry.
At 25 East Washington, the workplace extends beyond the four walls of the office. At the heart of the building, 15,000 square feet has been thoughtfully dedicated to a reimagined amenity experience.
