

Joyce M. Martínez is a passionate educator, researcher, speaker, and entrepreneur with more than 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry. She has worked with diverse teams at hotels, DMO’s, convention centers and tourism organizations in the areas of market research, service standards, sales development, team leadership, and multi-cultural markets. Joyce is currently the owner of Intodbox, a consulting firm in the DFW metroplex focusing on business development, market research, strategic projects, and trainings for the hospitality industry. She has worked and provided consulting expertise in the United States, Canada, and Latin America and is currently Adjunct Faculty at Collin College’s Hospitality Management Program. Joyce is a bilingual strategic consultant with vast knowledge in workforce dynamics. She completed her undergraduate and graduate studies at George Mason University in the Washington, D.C. area with a concentration in International Business and Anthropology.
Melissa is a Strategic Planning Sherpa®. She guides the development of strategies that lead organizations to their desired outcomes.
