Joyce M. Martínez is a passionate educator, researcher, speaker, and entrepreneur with more than 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry.  She has worked with diverse teams at hotels, DMO’s, convention centers and tourism organizations in the areas of market research, service standards, sales development, team leadership, and multi-cultural markets. Joyce is currently the owner of Intodbox, a consulting firm in the DFW metroplex focusing on business development, market research, strategic projects, and trainings for the hospitality industry. She has worked and provided consulting expertise in the United States, Canada, and Latin America and is currently Adjunct Faculty at Collin College’s Hospitality Management Program.  Joyce is a bilingual strategic consultant with vast knowledge in workforce dynamics.  She completed her undergraduate and graduate studies at George Mason University in the Washington, D.C. area with a concentration in International Business and Anthropology.

Melissa is a Strategic Planning Sherpa®. She guides the development of strategies that lead organizations to their desired outcomes. These journeys result in leadership lessons that Melissa uses to enable greatness in others through keynote speaking, workshop facilitation, online courses, and publications.<BR><BR>The Melissa Majors Consulting team is unapologetic about putting the people it serves at the center of everything they do. Education and Experience
James attended Grambling State University and paid his way through college via his military service and a music scholarship and marching with the World Famed Marching Band… he was even a Drum Major! He went on to receive a Ph.D at 29 from the University of Arizona and completed Post-Doctoral training at Harvard University’s Management Development Program. He has researched and presented on Organizational Behavior, Human Development, Psychosocial Theory, Multi-Generational Intelligence, Unconscious Bias, Diversity and Inclusion for over 20 years. James is also a seasoned martial artist having competed across North America and winning 5 National Championships plus Silver and Bronze at the World Championships.

He engages the audience using thought provoking questions and comments which will prick your thinking and have you on the edge of your seat.
