Kansas City is the community Dana now calls “home” after relocating from Mississippi in 1990.  It has been a supportive community where she raised her boys, discovered her “tribe”, and found her “person”.  For more than 25 years, Dana has had the privilege to lead teams of 2 to 1200 strong in business, civic organizations, philanthropic endeavors, and foundations.  She loves helping people realize the goals and dreams they have set for themselves, their families and their business.

After a multi-decade career in banking, finance, and wealth management, she pivoted.  Now as an Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) Implementer, Dana guides entrepreneurs and their leadership teams through a proven process…a sustainable operating system that will:

• Increase the value of their organization

• Bring clarity to their vision and the supporting roadmap that is shared by all

• Instill the discipline and accountability needed to achieve the vision

• Create a results-oriented Leadership Team who exemplifies trust, honesty and mutual respect

Dana has also had the pleasure to serve in leadership roles with American Heart Association, KCRep, Madam President Camp, Reach Healthcare Foundation, ArtsKC, United WE, United Way, and the Blue Valley Education Foundation.  She is also an early-stage investor and serves as a Board Member for a “tech” start-up company.

Dustin Roberson is a Regional Sales Director with Encore, leading sales strategy and customer engagement across the Midwest. Drawing from more than 20 years of experience in hospitality, live entertainment, revenue management, and event technology, Dustin helps organizations create impactful event experiences while building strong partnerships across the industry. A graduate of the University of Central Missouri, he is passionate about servant leadership, professional development, and advancing the meetings and events community.
