Meetings & Events
MPI Middle Pennsylvania holds one monthly chapter education program each month of the academic year beginning in September and ending in May. In most cases, the program is held on the second Wednesday of the month.
Event details, locations and times, session outcomes, and presenter bios are shared via the registration link, prior to the event, in conjunction with the opening of online registration for the event.

The Hilton Harrisburg has graciously offered Comp Rooms for the first 10 qualified meeting planners registered. Meeting planners should email Cindy Conaway at mpimiddlepa@outlook.com. If you’re inviting a new planner, make sure you get them registered for a sleep over to experience all the fun!

Event to take place in the Metropolitan room.
Parking is available in the Walnut Street Garage at a reduced rate of $10 per vehicle. Guest must see the front desk to receive discounted rate.
MPI Middle Pennsylvania Chapter Attendance Policy: All Essential Level members or non-members are limited to no more than two events in one fiscal year and must pay the Essential Level/Non-member rate. MPI Preferred or Premier Level members are welcome to attend all chapter events at the Member Price.
