Purpose: Recognize a supplier who has made a sustained and outstanding contribution to MPI Middle Pennsylvania.
Criteria:
Current MPI member
Active in chapter events and/or committees
Demonstrates professional excellence, collaboration, and leadership
May or may not currently serve on a committee but shows consistent involvement
Who It Honors:
A supplier who consistently supports and enhances the chapter’s initiatives and events.
Purpose: Honor a planner whose work and MPI involvement have gone above and beyond.
Criteria:
Current MPI member
Significant contributions to the chapter
Demonstrates leadership, mentorship, innovation, and/or industry recognition
May or may not currently serve on a committee but shows consistent involvement
Who It Honors:
A planner demonstrating exceptional leadership in event strategy, community building, and peer support.
Purpose: Celebrate a member who uplifts others and strengthens our chapter through connection, encouragement, engagement, and volunteerism.
Criteria:
Current MPI member
Demonstrates consistent, thoughtful involvement
Embodies the values and spirit of MPI Middle Pennsylvania
Not required to hold a formal leadership role
Who It Honors:
A quiet hero—or a visible force—who reflects the heart of our chapter and gives their time and energy to support others.
Purpose: Recognize a service provider, venue team, or individual who went above and beyond in supporting an event or project.
Criteria:
Delivered exceptional service, communication, and/or flexibility
Supported any event or initiative (not limited to MPI events)
Demonstrated excellence in execution and partnership
Who It Honors:
CSMs, venue teams, service providers, or individuals—regardless of MPI membership—who make events more successful through their partnership.
(No nomination required)
Purpose: Acknowledge the MPI Middle PA member who recruited the highest number of new members during the calendar year.
Criteria:
Determined by MPI Global membership data
Based on recruitment from January 1 – December 31
Who It Honors:
An engaged member who actively grows and strengthens our MPI community.
