Event details, locations and times, session outcomes, and presenter bios are shared via the registration link, prior to the event, in conjunction with the opening of online registration for the event.

Beyond “Let Me Know If You Have Questions”: Setting Expectations That Stick
Most workplace mistakes aren't caused by a lack of effort; they happen because people leave conversations with different expectations of what success looks like.
Whether coordinating an event, working with vendors, leading a team, or managing client relationships, clear expectations are essential for collaboration and accountability.
This interactive session introduces a practical, repeatable method for communicating expectations that creates shared understanding, reduces misunderstandings, and improves execution. Participants will leave with tools they can immediately apply in their work.

MPI Middle Pennsylvania Chapter Attendance Policy: All Essential Level members or non-members are limited to no more than two events in one fiscal year and must pay the Essential Level/Non-member rate. MPI Preferred or Premier Level members are welcome to attend all chapter events at the Member Price.
