Auction to Open on Monday, December 9th

You do no need to register for the in-person event to bid on auction items but note that only certificates will be mailed - must be present to bid on basket items. 

Silent Auction is online but only in-person attendees have the chance to win incredible door prizes sponsored by Hershey Resorts.

Note the New Policy for complimentary overnight rooms:  Due to an overwhelming number of requests for complimentary overnight rooms from planners as well as feedback from suppliers providing the rooms, the MPI Middle PA Board of Directors has established the following guidelines for our overnight events: Any planner requesting a complimentary room must be currently working as a meeting planner. Complimentary overnight rooms will be limited to one per calendar year per active planner. Limit to one complimentary overnight room per organization per event. Chapter Administrator does not have the authority to make exceptions and operates on a first come first served basis within the parameters listed. 

NOTE: On the occasion that all 10 complimentary rooms are not taken by eligible planners for any event 5 days before the event, the waiting list made up of planners who requested a room, but due to the implemented guidelines, were unable to reserve a complimentary room, will be contacted. 

If you have already received a complimentary overnight guest room for one of our events this calendar year, and would like an overnight for the August event as well, please email Cindy Conaway at mpimiddlepa@outlook.com to be placed on the wait list if all rooms are not taken.
